Customer Reviewsmy 14months baby loves itmy 14months baby loves this toy. the quality is a little bit not good. but the price is reasonable. One thing that make me sad is price drop down after I bought this. - -;
Good for the valueUnlike a lot of other users, I had no problem with the smell, however, I did set it outside in the yard for a few hours prior to blowing up the first time, I didn't unfold it or anything, just took it out of the box. I thought it was going to be huge after reading other reviews, in my opinion it was not huge, but was larger then most ball pits. I did buy 300 more balls and that was perfect. I have a 3 & 5 year old and they love this. It holds up to them. I don't leave it up all the time, only a few days at a time, like on weekends, that way they don't get bored with it. Definitely buy more balls for it. Also I don't know why it is called Slide'n play as there is no slide anywhere on it.
Child loved, after getting a replacement...I bought this ball pit for my son's first birthday, wanting to set it up for his party and then have everyone put their gifts inside. The night before, I found a huge problem. First, there was a large hole in the back part where the seam was at, and the patch wasn't working, so it wouldn't stay inflated. Then, the bottom of the pit, the green plastic, was torn from the seam about two inches. Needless to say, I was not very happy, seeing as how I was buying this as a new item and not used. I had to take the time and return this item, deal with the ignorance of amazon's customer service over the phone, and then wait for the new one to come, which took almost a week (which I'm happy about). After finally getting one with no holes, my son got to play in his birthday present and has a blast in it. Also, the balls that come with the ball pit, don't even cover the bottom of the pit, so we're going to have to buy more later on. So if you're planning on using this as a true ball pit, I would suggest buying some extra balls. It says slide, and maybe I read the description wrong, but I thought that there would be a tiny slide that went into the ball pit. There is not.
